'Castle of Mey' is a clump-forming herbaceous perennial, to about 70cm high, with mid-green, strap-like foliage. Rounded umbels of lavender-blue, funnel-shaped flowers, each with a darker blue midrib, appear from mid-summer to mid-autumn
