Bidens ferulifolia Blazing Fire

A striking half-hardy gently spreading or mounding short-lived perennnial grown mostly as an annual and used in seasonal summer displays. Bright orange starry blooms have a bold splash of yellow-gold at the base of each petal. The flowers are fragrant and borne in profusion, covering the feathery mid-green to dark green foliage throughout summer and into early autumn. This modern cultivar is vigorous but stays compact if pinched out well when young.
