'Loki' is a compact, low-growing evergreen shrub with upright stems bearing tiny, linear, overlapping, dark-green leaves and spike-like racemes of long-lasting cerise flower buds. These eventually turn brown and remain on the plants overwinter. This variety flowers early from late summer to early winter.
