About this plant

A deciduous climber, to 3m high, with green leaves and flowers, to 10cm across, of six sepals in deep purple, with redder mid-stripe, fading to cobalt-blue and creating a two-tone effect, from midsummer to autumn. Early flowers appear on the previous year's growth, later flowers on the current year's growth
