Clematis 'Princess Charlotte' (EL)

Deciduous climber to 2.5m in height, a sport of 'Kiri Te Kanawa' with mid-green leaves and double, lilac flowers to 15cm across, aging to blue, shading pale green at the base of the petals and along the midribs, with red-purple anthers. Double flowers produced on previous seasons old wood and the current seasons new wood, but flowers become smaller as the season progresses
