'Devon Flavia' is a vigorous, free-flowering cultivar with slender stems, to 37cm. The double flowers are very pale sugar pink with purplish-red markings near the centre of the flower, to 3.5cm. The slightly-toothed petals also develop darker tones at maturity. Silvery-grey foliage. Highly scented
