A vigorous, low-growing, spreading, evergreen shrub to 25cm high, with tiny, mid-green, needle-like leaves turning golden yellow in summer then developing bronze tints in autumn. Clusters of bright pink, bell-shaped flowers appear on shoot tips from mid-summer to early autumn
