Turkestan dwarf spindle

E. nanus var. turkestanicus is a deciduous shrub to about 1m tall and wide, with small, narrow, dark green, rosemary-like leaves that turn red or red-bronze in autumn. Insignificant brownish flowers are followed by showy, pink, lobedfruit which split to reveal orange seeds
