About this plant

A compact, herbaceous perennial to 15cm (6in) high, with rounded, deeply lobed, grey-green leaves. Slightly cupped, 3cm (1¼in) wide flowers appear in late spring and summer in pinkish-purple, with a small dark red central blotch and the petals veined with deep purple.
