Ilex aquifolium 'Rubricaulis Aurea' (f/v)

An upright, evergreen shrub or tree with dark purple stems and dark green variegated leaves with irregular creamy-yellow margins, flushed with red during cold weather. Small white flowers appear in May to June followed by dark red berries in the autumn. This variety is not commonly grown.
