'Arctic Fancy' is a rhizomatous perennial to 45cm high with greyish-green sword-like foliage. Flowers, produced from late spring to early summer have white waved standards with broad violet margins, white falls with a narrow violet edge, dark veins fading into white and a white beard with a yellow tip
