'Supreme Sultan' is a rhizomatous perennial to 1m tall with upright, strap-like leaves. Large, ruffled, scented flowers 15-20cm wide are borne in summer on stout stem; the falls are a deep mahogany-red with golden beards whilst the arched standards are a deep golden-yellow
