juniper 'Greenmantle'

A ground-hugging, low-growing conifer with widely spreading branches of dense grey-green foliage. New growth at branch tips is blueish in colour. Growth rate is slow-moderate. May be grafted to a rootstock to create a standard tree with a weeping habit.
