About this plant

A late-season, dessert apple with lightly russetted, green-gold skin and firm, crisp, cream flesh with an intense, sweet-sharp flavour. A spreading, moderately vigorous, light-cropping tree, requiring a group 3 pollinator. Fruit is ready to pick in mid-autumn and stores until late winter

Cultivation

Prefers a deep, fertile, moist but well-drained, neutral soil in a sheltered, sunny position. Will not thrive on very acid soils, shallow chalk soils or with shade for more than half the day. May require fruit thinning to improve fruit size and quality. See Apple cultivation
