A mid-season, dual-purpose apple with fairly large, pale green fruit flushed and striped with red and sweet flesh which cooks to a pale yellow puree. A moderately vigorous tree, requiring a group 2, 3 or 4 pollinator. Fruit is ready to pick in early autumn and keeps for a couple of weeks
