A medium-large, late, cooking apple with pale yellow skin, flushed with pinky-red, and easily-bruised, white flesh that cooks to a juicy puree. Vigorous trees produce heavy crops every other year in mid-autumn, with fruit storing to mid-winter. Partly self-fertile, but crops better with a group 2, 3 or 4 pollinator
