A late, desert apple with rich red flushing over yellow skin, and firm, cream flesh with a sweet, fruity flavour. Bred to have low levels of the particular proteins which trigger apple allergy in a few people. Produces a good yield in mid-autumn, fruit storing to early winter. Requires a group 2, 3 or 4 pollinator
