About this plant

A culinary cultivar in pollination group 2 and a triploid. A vigorous tree that produces heavy, regular crops of fruit that can be very large; apples yellowish-green flushed pink. Cooks to well-flavoured purée; not as acidic as 'Bramley's Seedling'. Attractive, deep pink blossom. Season of use is from late September to December

Cultivation

It will crop best in a sunny situation. The height will depend on the rootstock and training method. Suitable for all training forms. Keep a clear area around the trunk of at least 60cm radius. Fruit thinning may be required. For more details see apple cultivation
