About this plant

'Madame Gaudichau' is a clump-forming herbaceous perennial to 90cm, with dark green, divided foliage which emerges beetroot red in spring and takes on dark red tones again in autumn. The double,deep red blooms are carried on darkstems in late spring and early summer, though it can be shy to bloom
