About this plant

Mouse ear hawkweed is a mat forming perennial with creeping stolons. A basal rosette has leaves which are hairy above with downy, whiterundersides. Solitary yellow flowerheads, borne on leafless stems,are 2-3cm across with ray florets marked with a red stripe on the underside.
