Jeffrey's pine 'Joppi'

'Joppi' is a slow-growing, compact conifer forming a rounded tree to 3m tall and wide. Needles arranged in groups of three radiate out horizontally from stout shoots and are blue-green in colour, slightly curved and up to 20cm long
