Pyracantha 'Rosedale'

A large, upright to spreading evergreen shrub to 3-4.5m (10-15ft) high and 3.6m (12ft) wide, with dark green leaves, spiny branches and dense clusters of small, white flowers in late spring which appear on the previous year's growth. These are followed by a profusion of bright red berries in autumn. This particular cultivar does not respond as well to pruning as others in the genus.
