About this plant

'Cetewayo' is a compact, evergreen shrub, slow-growing to 1.5m tall, with glossy, mid to dark green leaves. Flowers, in dense, rounded trusses in early summer are deep beetroot purple with white anthers, opening from almost black buds. One of the darkest-flowered rhododendrons
