About this plant

R. niveum is a large evergreen shrub or tree to 6m tall, with white-felted shoots and dark green leaves, to 15cm long, with white-fawn indumentum beneath. Tubular, bell-shaped flowers are borne in rounded, compact trusses in late spring; smoky bluish-lilac to deep plum-purple in colour
