About this plant

A small, bushy, shrub rose to about 90cm, with glossy, mid-green leaves with seven leaflets. Small clusters of single or semi-double flowers open pale yellow ageing to cream, with a large, dark pink blotch at the base of each petal, and appear in flushes through summer into autumn

Cultivation

Grows best in fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in a sunny, open position. Mulch in late winter and, to improve flowering, apply a balanced fertiliser in late winter or early spring - see rose cultivation
