'Southside Star' is an evergreen, mat-forming perennial with rosettes of predominantly green leaves, sometimes shaded red. Plumes of small, white, star-shaped flowers, with blotches of red at the base of each petal, are held on arching stems up to 24cm long above the foliage in spring and summer
