About this plant

A mat-forming succulent, making rosettes to 6cm across, composed of fleshy, pointed leaves. The foliage is green in winter but goes bright red in summer. Starry, pale pink flowers are borne on a 15cm flowerspike in summer. The rosettes die after flowering but are replaced by offsets on lateral runners
