About this plant

A deciduous, upright tree to around 8m tall with spreading branches and shoots that are hairy when young. Leaves are divided into pairs of oblong leaflets up to 5cm long and turn yellow, orange and red in autumn. Hanging clusters of white spring flowers are followed by rounded, glossy, orange to red fruits in autumn
